Tournament Expert offers technical support 24/7.  Our goal is to answer the phone everytime you call and provide you with a friendly easy answer to any question you might have.  New customers are initially provided 4 hours of training to be used at their convience, but the support doesn't stop there.  When you find yourself in need or you just have a question, you can browse thru our help guide or just give us a call.

Tournament Expert provides both online technical support and telephone support for all of our customers.  In most cases technical and support questions are easily explained over the phone but online technical support is also provided that allows the support staff to dial in to see your screen often better explaining the system to our customers. 

Software Enhancements
