Gift Certificates

When tournament play is complete and the winners have been determined, use this feature to create gift certificates for each player. Calculate the payouts in the Payout Calculator and the certificates will automatically display the name, the amount (numerals and text), the format, place, and a memo such as "For use in the pro shop only."

The certificates can be viewed and modified before printing. Change the font style and size. Change the logo, the headings, the memo, the player name, the amount, etc. Print all or a single certificate.

The certificates print to pre-sized and perforated card stock (available through Tournament Expert). The player's certificate is on the right. An information stub is on the left that can be retained by the pro shop for future reference.

If the format is a team event, the certificate routine determines the number of players on each team and divides the winning amount accordingly.
