The Player List

This is where it all begins. Player information is entered into this spreadsheet-like interface. Sort the names, calculate handicaps, assign teams, generate hole assignments, and create flights. Once the list is ready, use the icons or commands to create scorecards, cart signs, scoreboards, proximity markers, and all the other items needed for your event.

Create new rows as needed. There is no preset order or pre-decisions that must be made when creating a list for a tournament. Make decisions on the fly. Change the number of players, the players per group, the teams, the format, or any other element of the tournament at any time.

Drag and drop players to move them from one group to another. Drag and drop entire groups to move them to another tee time or hole assignment.

Create a cart sign or scorecard for the current group, the current flight, or for all players. Enter a few players and create the scorecard. Enter some more and create their cart sign. Tasks can be preformed in any order you wish to meet the needs of the tournament and the needs of the moment.

Player names and information can be typed directly into the Player List, they can be chosen from a lookup list that has been imported from your handicap system or you can copy and paste directly from a spreadsheet. If you are hosting an outside tournament, our system has a blank template that can be emailed to their tournament director. After they fill it out and send it back, it can be read directly into our Player List.

Each cell in the Player List is directly editable. Change a player's name, their handicap, or their hole assignment by simply typing the information into the cell. Or save yourself some time by using our routines to create tee assignments, teams, flights, hole placements, and the like.

Sort the Player List by the data in any column by clicking the name of the column. Left click sorts ascending and right click descending. Perform sophisticated multiple column sorts by using our sort tool. Do you need to sort the list by member's last name in a member-guest. We can do it.

Add blank lines above or below the current line. Add multiple lines easily. Add as many lines as needed - no maximum.

Save and retrieve tournament player lists as needed - no limit.
