The Scoring ModuleThe Scoring ModuleIndividual and team scores can be entered hole-by-hole, front-back, or total. Once a particular method of score entry is selected, the Scoring Module stays in that method until a new method is chosen. Score entry is quick. Once you start entering scores your hands never have to leave the keyboard. We call this our "mouse-less" score entry. Here's how it works in hole-by-hole entry mode.
Our software automatically calculates individual totals, team totals and net and Stableford scores. We also recognize "x" score entries and automatically calculate the highest score possible under Equitable Stroke Control. The score is entered as "7x" or "8x" or... in the Scoring Module and reports. And, of course, blank scores are also possible in best ball competitions. A player may be a member of more than one team, but the player's score need only be entered once. If extremely rapid score entry is necessary, multiple networked computers can be used to enter scores which are updated immediately. There is no limit to the number of computers that can be used. Results DisplaysThe Scoring Module contains five summary leader boards. Each leader board can calculate and display different parts of the tournament. For example, one could be showing the best ball gross results for flight A while another is displaying the best gross or net finish for individuals overall. The Scoring Module also contains many electronic detail displays such as gross and net skins, individual gross scores in relation to par, team detail scores, and more. And, of course, the Scoring Module contains a comprehensive reporting capability including custom scoring reports.
